Information For Authors

Authors need to register with the journal prior to submitting or, if already registered, can simply log in and begin the five-step process.
The authors are invited to submit original and unpublished papers. Revised or extended versions of papers printed in conference, workshop, or symposium proceedings may be submitted to this Journal, with an appropriate cover note.
Manuscripts should be written in Vietnamese or English. Whenever applicable, submissions should include the following elements: title, abstract, index terms, main text, and references; and authors' names and affiliations. Submitted manuscripts should be formatted into A4-size, single-spaced, double-column pages, using a 12-point font for main text. JSTIC accepts double column FULL papers of over 6 pages only that follow the standard of JSTIC (or similar IEEE) publication format. For your checking of the page length, submitted papers, in English, should be concisely written and the length should not exceed 15 double-spaced, single-sided pages (12 pt. font, 26 lines per page) excluding tables and figures. Each manuscript must be accompanied by a 75-200 words abstract and a list of about 5 index terms. All authors should be added to the JSTIC submission system at: http://jstic.ptit.edu.vn/index.php. Manuscripts exceeding these guidelines may be returned to the authors.
The manuscript must be formatted in any kind of LaTex source or MS Word and you should upload its PDF version. Download JSTIC submisson template:

The average review time of the first round is about two months since the received date of the manuscript. The journal will be periodically published in a year.
