MINIATURIZED ANTENNA BY USING DIELECTRIC THIN FILM BASED CAPACITOR.
The work of this paper proposed an antenna design that obtain miniaturization by using a capacitor structure based on dielectric thin film La-Ti-O. The results from simulations and measurement of prototypes was analysed and have shown an importain miniaturization rate. The resonant frequency of the antenna was shifted from 885 MHz to 630 MHz and 317 MHz depend on the capacitor structure used. In addition, the results of Q factor, radiation pattern and antenna’s efficiency were also present and analysed based on the theory of small antenna.
